Property details end up everywhere.

Paper files. Email. Photos. Receipts. Spreadsheets. Someone's memory.

Deedbook brings it together around the property itself.

A complete record of your property

The complete story of your property, always within reach.

From purchase to maintenance to repairs, every detail stays organized and easy to find.

Add information once. Put it to work.

Smart Capture

Add a document or photo.
Review the details.
You stay in control.

Upload a lease, an insurance policy, a warranty, or a receipt, and Deedbook reads it automatically — but nothing is saved as fact until you've looked at what it found. Every suggested detail is shown on its own, next to the record it came from, with a plain confirm or edit before it counts.

Ask Deedbook

Ask instead of search.

“When was the furnace last serviced?” “Where is the water heater warranty?” “How much did we spend on repairs last year?” Ask Deedbook answers from your own saved records — for one property or your whole portfolio — and always links back to the record behind the answer.

Expenses & rent

See where the money goes — and where it comes from.

Log expenses by category, track rent payments against what's due, and keep a clearer picture of your property's finances.

Our story

It started with five rental properties and a drawer.

It began with a conversation with family members who owned five rental properties. Asked where the important information lived, the answer was simple: a drawer, at their house.

That answer stuck. There needed to be an easier way to keep a property's details — organized as time passed, and easy to hand to the people you trust. Deedbook grew from that one drawer.
